LaserCard Receives $2.2 Million Order for Secure ID Credentials for Saudi Arabia National ID Card Program

Mountain View, Calif., Sep. 30, 2010–LaserCard Corporation (NASDAQ:LCRD), a leading provider of secure ID solutions, has received a follow-on purchase order valued at approximately $2.2 million for chip-ready, optical security media-based credentials for the Saudi Arabia national citizen ID card program. Delivery has been completed in the Company’s current fiscal quarter, ending October 1, 2010.

The ID cards are issued to Saudi citizens nationwide for identification and regional travel purposes.
