Uwe Ludwig, LaserCard’s Vice President of Sales, EMEA, will discuss why governments worldwide have come to depend upon the Company’s polycarbonate ID credentials featuring Optical Security Media, frequently combined with integrated microprocessors, to meet their off-line and on-line operational needs.
