LEGIC® is extending its partner network in France with Cash Systèmes Industrie

Paris, November 3, 2008–LEGIC Identsystems Ltd, leading provider of contactless smart card technology for personal identification, is announcing a partnership with the French company Cash Systèmes Industrie, which is specialised in the design and manufacturing of point of sale terminals. The partnership will allow Cash Systèmes Industrie to integrate LEGIC technology into its payment terminals. LEGIC multi-applications, thus, will be even more accessible to end users in France where secure and flexible personal identification solutions are increasingly required for example in hotel industry, catering, all types of retail and institutions.

The new partnership between LEGIC and Cash Systèmes Industrie opens the way to new e-payment applications for end users in France. Cash Systèmes Industrie has elected to integrate LEGIC contactless smart card technology into its point of sale terminals for all cashless transactions. Hoteliers, caterers and canteens will be able to use these terminals to offer their customers more secure and modern means of payment.
