C. Hoare & Co. Upgrades to Latest Version of TSYS PRIME

Columbus, Ga., and London, 24 July, 2014 — TSYS (NYSE: TSS) today announced that C. Hoare & Co., a leading independent private bank in the UK, has successfully upgraded to TSYS’ PRIME 4 card management solution to support the bank’s Visa credit and debit card portfolios.

Founded in 1672, C. Hoare & Co. prides itself on maintaining a personal approach to its banking services.
