Rotterdam, 16th August 2007–Bell ID and TechTrex Inc. today jointly announced a cooperative agreement. The companies’ activities under the agreement will focus primarily on promoting Bell ID’s state of the art system, ANDiS, in the emerging Smart Card Management System (SCMS) market in China.

With this agreement, TechTrex Inc. and Bell ID will offer a unique value proposition to customers for an end-to-end enterprise SCMS solution that will be integrated with other enterprise applications. Customer challenges typically include the management of the life-cycles and all processes related to cards, applications and cryptographic keys while at the same time providing the highest level of security one could possibly expect. This may translate to the capability of instant issuance or post issuance for tens of million of cardholders in hundreds of bank branches across China.
