Security Industry Veteran Marc Freundlich to Lead ASSA ABLOY Hospitality North America

Providence, RI (March 21, 2006)–Effective February 1, 2006, Marc Freundlich was promoted to president of ASSA ABLOY Hospitality Inc. and will report to Timothy Shea, CEO of ASSA ABLOY Hospitality group. Mr. Freundlich was previously the president of Indala Corporation (an ASSA ABLOY Group company) for the past 3 years. During his tenure at Indala, the business contributed outstanding growth in profitability, and has become a major contributor to the overall success of the Global Technologies Division.
