Shanghai based 3Core Technologies, software developer and provider of smart card management systems, becomes a new partner of LEGIC. The partnership helps 3Core to increase competitiveness and will result in next generation e-payment, POS, access control and time & attendance solutions for Asia based on LEGIC advant.
